A special thank you to Dan for providing the ride command route for the Nemadji Trails https://bnc.lt/RFZm/RiG1ddBzLLb The Wild Horse in Duquette apparently had a fire since Dan talked to them this Spring and are now closed. Dan called North Pine Saloon in Kerrick this afternoon and they are happy to accommodate us. Dan was able to plan the ride command route with bathroom stops and the restaurant towards the end of the ride. We can still park and use Duquette as our home base.
Another ride option on Saturday, August 10th (10 am – 4 pm) “Riding with Rory” the “Dart to Awareness” fundraiser is all about bringing awareness to the subject of suicide.

Our Club meeting and ride is this Saturday, July 13th. Please note the time change; we are meeting at 8 am at the Ironton Legion, 232 4th Street. We are starting earlier since many of our rides are farther away.
For our Club ride we will convoy to Goodland. We can park across from Fred’s Smoked Meats. We will ride the Goodland trail to The Len Hardy Memorial trail, eat lunch at Wizards in Nashwauk, then return to Goodland. It sounds like there may be a group from The Red Rock Riders ATV club joining us for the ride. Anyone familiar with the Goodland/Len Hardy Memorial trail system? We could use a trail guide.

We are riding the Pork n Ride at Emily, Outing trails, we may not all be in the same group it’s all depending on the ride you picked. Bring snacks and beverages and you may want to pack a lunch, some rides may stop at a place with food and beverage?
Let’s welcome Andy Suchla newly elected President, Tim Sink interim Vice President, Dan Doucette & Joe Horgen as board members and Sue Sasse who stayed on as Secretary.
Even though Ken Irish stepped out of the President spot, he will be around participating in club activities. He will be missed in his role as President. Thanks Ken for all you did, do and continue to do for CIRR.

We are riding the Spider Lake Trails, because the Chisholm trails are currently closed the group may stop at a restaurant. Bring snacks and beverages and you may want to pack a lunch.
It is time for the Club Elections. Even though I will not be president, it has been incredible journey and I will continue to stay involved with the club. We are holding elections for president, secretary and board members one & two. Andy Suchla has accepted the nomination for president; Sue Sasse has accepted the nomination for secretary, Tim Sink, Dan Doucette & Joe Horgen have accepted the board nominations. Nominations will be accepted at the meeting.

Hi Everyone,
Our Club meeting is March 9th, 10 am at the Ironton Legion, 232 4th Street. This is also our membership appreciation lunch. Our Club is buying lunch for our members, this is our way of thanking you for all the volunteer work and just for being our member. If this nice weather keeps up, we will likely get out early to start working on the new Miller Black Bear trail expansion. I attended the ATV Minnesota Legislative reception on February 28th, several ATV Clubs from across our state were there along with many of our Elected Representatives. I posted pictures on our Club Facebook page. At last month’s meeting we presented the new Bylaws to the members, and they were emailed out to everyone. If you did not get a copy, please email cirratvclub@gmail.com for a copy and we will vote on them at this meeting. At our last board meeting we discussed raising our membership dues, our Club has remained at $15.00 for individuals and $20.00 for a family since the Club was formed in 2004. We feel it is time to increase our dues. Our ride committee has planned a fun ride schedule for the new season. Our Club elections are coming up in May for President, Secretary and Board members 1 & 2. There are two lunch specials for you to choose from a taco bar or burger bar. There is also a kid’s menu available. Jenny has made a video slideshow of our rides and fun times from last year.
